Tree House

The MassArt Tree House is a suite-style residence hall for first and second-year students. Suites feature a combination of single, double, and triple bedrooms with shared bathrooms. An inviting and sustainable building, the Tree House was designed with input from students, faculty, and the neighboring community.

The Tree House is also home to our Student Health Center, where students can access convenient, timely healthcare services.

Nathan Sherman
It’s a very creative atmosphere—the expressiveness of our students, the willingness to put themselves out there and to put themselves into their work—it’s contagious!

Sherman discusses how students’ creativity rubs off on each other (including when it comes to hat-making).
