Safe, comfortable housing is essential to student wellbeing and success. At MassArt, we provide a range of residence hall options for students who choose to live on campus.
Our three residence halls are located on Huntington Avenue, directly across from MassArt’s academic buildings.
The MassArt Tree House is a suite-style residence hall for first and second-year students. Suites feature a combination of single, double, and triple bedrooms with shared bathrooms. An inviting and sustainable building, the Tree House was designed with input from students, faculty, and the neighboring community.
The Tree House is also home to our Student Health Center, where students can access convenient, timely healthcare services.

Unique among MassArt’s residence halls, The Artists’ Residence features several media-specific workspaces — like its film/video room on the eighth floor — in addition to general workrooms. It’s a convenient, safe, and comfortable environment for student artists to live and learn.

They can also kick back in lounges and game rooms designed for relaxation and fun.
