Studio Pre-Semester

A free, two-week course designed just for new students to connect with classmates and faculty, explore creative ideas and projects, and get comfortable within the MassArt community before the semester begins.

While we do our best to accommodate all students, housing cannot be guaranteed for applications received after May 1, and financial aid will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to contact your admissions counselor for more information.

For transfer applicants:

If you’re applying as a transfer student after May 1, admission will depend on space in your preferred major and overall program availability. We encourage you to connect with your admissions counselor to talk through your options and next steps in the process.
