There are a wide range of different aid options available to undergraduate applicants.
Cost of Attendance
View our tuition and cost of attendance for undergraduate students.
Knowing your Cost of Attendance (COA) will help you gain a full understanding of the financial investment required to attend MassArt. Your COA is not the amount you will be billed for by the college, but rather the estimated cost of completing a full academic year as a full-time student. While it includes direct costs billed by the college, such as tuition, it also reflects indirect costs such as art supplies, books and personal living expenses.
Undergraduate Cost of Attendance
If you apply for financial aid and are accepted to MassArt, you’ll receive a personalized COA in your Offer Letter in Financial Aid Self Service that lists:
- Tuition and fees payable to MassArt
- An estimate for housing and food
- Books, course materials, supplies and equipment, including the cost of a computer (for
incoming students) - Transportation
- Miscellaneous personal expenses
We calculate your COA based on your residency status as well as the information you provide about your living arrangements. If your living arrangements change, please notify the Office of Student Financial Assistance so we can update your COA.
