The housing lottery takes place each year during the Spring Semester.
1/23 - Housing Lottery Application available in THD and lottery introduction emails sent to students
1/30 - Guaranteed Housing Lottery Availability and Roommate Requests Open in THD and Email sent to students. (Guaranteed students only)
1/31 @ 7pm - Housing Lottery Info Session - Tree House 3rd Floor Lounge
2/1 @ 7pm - Housing Lottery Info Session - Smith Hall Tank (1st Floor)
2/2 @ 7pm - Housing Lottery Info Session - Artists’ Residence 4th Floor Lounge
2/6 - Reminder Emails sent to students
2/8 - Housing Lottery Drop In Table from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m - Kennedy Dining Commons
2/14 - Reminder Emails sent to students
2/16 - Housing Lottery Drop In Table from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m - DMC Atrium
2/23 - Reminder Emails sent to students
2/27 - Final Reminder Emails sent to students
2/28 @ 5:00 p.m.- Deadline to submit Accommodation requests to Student Accessibilities Services
2/28 @ 5:00 p.m.- Deadline to submit Housing Lottery Application in THD
3/3 - Non-Guaranteed Applicants will be notified as to whether or not they will be able to participate in Room Selection
3/14 @ 12:00 p.m. - Guaranteed Housing Lottery Availability and Roommate Requests Close. (Guaranteed students only)
3/15 @ 5:00 p.m. - Housing Lottery Room Selection times available in THD.
3/21 - Students who selected space during room selection will be assigned a $240 housing deposit charge to be paid in Student Self Service.
4/5 - Deadline to pay deposit.
INFO SESSIONS / DROP IN TABLES
There will be information sessions to review the housing lottery process during the week of January 30 - February 3. Drop in tables will also be set up at key locations on a couple days in February to answer questions. Students are highly encouraged to take advantage of these opportunities.
