MassArt Architecture programs offer collaborative, hands-on learning for students committed to socially responsible design and creative, community-focused work.

Whether you are looking to study architecture as an undergraduate or earn your M.Arch, MassArt offers a welcoming and highly participatory learning environment. Through hands-on making, studio work, and community projects, Architecture students have endless opportunities to gain technical skills and real-world experience. They also share a commitment to socially responsible design and a deep interest in the relationship of culture, the environment, and the built world.

BFA
Our four-year undergraduate program combines theoretical skills and real-world experience to prepare students for success.
M.Arch
Accredited by the National Architecture Accrediting Board, our M.Arch program prepares students to thrive as architects and in other architecture-related fields.

Community Build
Our Community Build summer program gives M.Arch students and communities the opportunity to work as partners on design-build projects.

Our Architecture students have access to multiple fabrication labs, model shops, and a studio space within a collaborative work environment.
NAAB Accreditation
MassArt offers two NAAB-accredited Master of Architecture programs, the M.Arch Track I (102 credits) and M.Arch Track 2 (60 credits) programs.
M.Arch Resources
Students and alumni have access to resources that support their learning experience and help them prepare for a career in architecture.
