Enter through the Tower Building entrance at the corner of Evans Way and Huntington Avenue, just past MassArt’s new logo sign.
There is no formal dress code—but we encourage guests to wear their most creative, fun, and festive cocktail attire!
While there are no physical tickets for the Auction, all guests must purchase tickets and register in advance on Bidsquare to attend.
The Live Auction begins at 8:00 PM EDT and will take place in real time, in person and online, led by Auctioneer Karen M. Keane.
The Silent Auction will close the following day on Sunday, April 12 at 12:00 PM EDT. Maximum bids can be entered by logging in to the “My Bids” section of your Bidsquare profile.

Reserved Parking
Reserved parking is available for sponsors and their guests in MassArt’s Ward Street Lot (135 Ward Street, Boston).
Upon arrival, please let the parking attendant know you are attending the MassArt Auction. After parking, cross Huntington Avenue and follow the sidewalk toward campus.
If the Ward Street Lot is full, the attendant will direct you to overflow parking in the nearby Wentworth West Lot on Ruggles Street.
Other Parking Options
Metered parking may be available on streets surrounding the Huntington Avenue campus. Public parking garages in the area are also reasonably convenient, though rates may vary by location.
