Providing scholarships to our students is a top priority for MassArt. We rely on you, our generous and devoted friends, alumni, parents, organizations and art lovers, to support our mission of providing a world-class art and design education for every student with the talent and drive to succeed regardless of their ability to pay.

MassArt students are talented, hard-working, passionate and fearless in their pursuit of an excellent art and design education.

UNBOUND: The Campaign for the Galleries

UnboundIn September 2017, MassArt officially kicked off the public phase of its UNBOUND: the Campaign for the Bakalar & Paine Galleries. We are appreciative of the many generous donors who have moved this fundraising campaign forward. We are particularly grateful for the $1 million gift from Pace Gallery founder and MassArt alumnus Arne Glimcher '60 BFA Painting. The UNBOUND Campaign goal is $12 million, and we are well on our way to achieving this with the support of new and loyal donors. UNBOUND will fund a transformative revitalization of the 8,000 square foot, three-floor gallery space, which is the largest free contemporary art space in New England. Why Give?

  • Approximately 1 in 5 MassArt students are first generation college students
  • More than half of our students work at least 16 hours per week to help fund their education
  • 84% of our students rely on scholarship and financial aid

MassArt offers many ways to give. Regardless of how you choose to make a difference, you will be providing our students with the education and tools they need to impact our world through the power of art and design. Thank you!
