Jen is driven by a deep curiosity and inherent desire to understand the hidden patterns across disparate domains and to empower other humans with these insights. She’s made it her professional passion to work at the intersection of experience strategy, service design, systems thinking, and learning science to provoke, construct, (and sometimes subvert), in order to deliver innovative services, tools, and experiences that enable people to live well – on their own terms. Most recently as Chief Design Strategy Officer of Mad*Pow and now as co-founder of Topology, Jen works with pioneering clients to further this mission for the customers they serve, and enjoys mentoring junior designers and strategists as they learn to become leaders in experience innovation to this end.
