Ally Sass is an award-winning playwright and educator born and raised in Cambridge, MA. She holds an MFA in Playwriting from Boston University and a BA in Theatre and English from The University of Vermont. She has taught writing at Boston University, The NuVu School and Cambridge Community Television. She has also served as a thesis advisor in the MassArt DMI program.

In Humanities Ally teaches sections of LALW200 Literary Traditions focused on theater.
