Graduate Registration

Your first term schedule will be created by the Registrar, with support from the Program Director/Advisor, and the Graduate Programs team.

Registration for the Summer term occurs in May, prior to program start dates in June.
For the Fall semester, registration occurs in June.
Students register themselves after the first semester.

Self Service

Jump into our Student Planning portal on Self Service! Find the most up to date information on your schedule – while at MassArt, you will use the Student Planning platform to register for classes, plan for future terms, and check grades, update personal information, accept your financial aid, and pay your bill.

Academic Advising

For any questions about your course plan, or advising, please contact your Program Director or contact the Graduate Programs Office at gradprogram@massart.edu. Additional information and a list of Program Directors can be found on Graduate Student Resources blog.

MassArt Email

Once your classes begin, we will only email you at your MassArt email. Please be sure to use your MassArt email for all college business. For any questions or issues about your username or email, please contact the MassArt Helpdesk.

Student ID

To get a student ID, please bring a copy of your schedule (available on Self-Service) to our Public Safety Office on the 2nd floor of the Tower Building. Student IDs are required to be displayed whenever you are on campus.
