Through two core initiatives—Justice, Equity & Transformation (JET) and the Center for Art & Community Partnerships (CACP)—students, faculty, staff, and community partners learn from one another and create lasting impact on campus and beyond.

Grounded in the belief that art and design can be powerful tools for community building and social change, this work creates opportunities for students, faculty, and partners to learn with and from one another.

MassArt’s Pathway Programs expand access to art and design education, offering young learners and first-generation students mentorship, support, and opportunities to explore their creative futures.

These programs create welcoming entry points into art and design learning—starting as early as elementary school and extending through the transition to college.
