Our residence halls offer comfort and convenience throughout the summer months – let us host your summer camp or conference.
Summer housing season begins June 1st and ends August 15th. The Artists’ Residence, Smith Hall and Tree House offer comfortable, convenient, and affordable summer housing options for you or your group. Summer housing is also available to students, faculty and staff. Located on Huntington Ave, also known as the Avenue of the Arts, our residence halls are minutes from downtown shopping, restaurants, historical locations and entertainment. It’s an ideal place to enjoy Boston!

All three residence halls include: full air conditioning, 24-hour courtesy desk, secured access, and high-speed internet service (wireless throughout the buildings, as well as wired Ethernet ports in each room). In-unit telephones and televisions are not provided. However, guests are welcome to bring their own. Televisions are provided in all lounges. Additionally, we are able to offer linen rental (bedding and towels) for an additional fee.
