In compliance with the 1990 Crime Awareness and Campus Security Act (the Clery Act) and the Higher Education Opportunity Act (2008), this information is being made available to all members of the MassArt community.

Our most recent statistics are available in our 2024 Clery Report (PDF). This document is the Annual Campus Safety Report and the Annual Fire Safety Report for 2020, 2021 and 2022.

This document contains statistics for MassArt Clery-reportable crime incidents that occurred on campus property, the surrounding area, and non-campus property that is used by students between January 2021 and December 2023, inclusive. Fire Safety Report information covers the calendar years 2021-2023.

MassArt Public Safety Department maintains a hard copy Daily Crime Log and a Fire Report Log which is available and viewable to the public upon request. The log is kept at the Public Safety office located on the second floor of the Tower building.
