The Arnheim Gallery acts as a physical curriculum that furthers the mission and philosophy of the Art Education Department.
The Arnheim Gallery acts as a learning space focused on the interfaces between art, education, and research. The gallery provides opportunities for innovative, interdisciplinary activity related to the process of learning and engagement.

The Arnheim Gallery is designed to inspire Art Education students through exhibits of theirs and young student work and interactive art classes.

The Arnheim gallery is a dedicated space for use by the Art Education department.
As a public venue, all exhibitions, workshops, performances, symposia, and other activities at the Arnheim Gallery are expected to engage the wider MassArt and public community by activating the gallery space in a participatory way.
We welcome proposals from MassArt faculty, alumni, students, and affiliates.
