Our Commitment to Accessibility

At MassArt, we believe the power of art and design should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to creating a digital experience that is welcoming, inclusive, and usable for all, empowering creators, students, and community members of all abilities to fully engage with our work.

To guide our accessibility work, we’ve partnered with Accessible Web, a team of experts in digital accessibility. Together, we are working to remove barriers and work towards compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA.

What We’re Doing

• Regularly scanning our website for accessibility issues that can be detected automatically and working to remediate those issues.
• Making updates and improvements based on user feedback and expert WCAG audits.
  • Audits were completed in February 2026 for a subset of web pages deemed to be highest priority.
  • All audits are expected to be complete by March 2026.
  • We aim to address barriers identified through these audits by April 2026.
