Furniture Design
Hone the skills needed to design and build unique furniture in wood and alternative materials.
MassArt’s Furniture Design Certificate offers an education in fine furniture craft and design. Students develop skills in handcraft woodworking, machine techniques, metal fabrication, and alternative materials.
Required studio courses provide a foundation in essential skills, and electives direct students’ course of study based on their interests and goals.
