James specializes in fashion illustration as well as designs for private clientele. He is a Paris Fashion Institute alumnus. He has shown his work in various exhibits at The Massachusetts College of Art and Design, such as the Alumni Biennial ’15, Selections ’10, BAU Past and Present, and the exhibition honoring the retirement of Massachusetts College of Art and Design President Katherine Sloan.
