MassArt Alumna Yasuyo Takeo’s SKATEYOGI Featured in The New York Times

MassArt alumna Yasuyo Takeo BFA ’04 Communication Design, co-founder of Brooklyn-based SKATEYOGI, is featured in The New York Times for the inclusive skateboarding program she runs with her husband, Kevin Banahan. Takeo credits her art and design training, including design thinking and branding, as instrumental to building SKATEYOGI’s identity and physical space.
