COVID-19: Updates, Resources, and Information
Spring 2020 Classes
As of Monday, March 23rd, all classes will be taught remotely through the end of the semester. Every class has its own individual plan to ensure that students finish their semester.
Many of your questions center on common themes, so we have created an FAQ page that will be updated continuously. We hope you find it helpful, and welcome your questions to add to it.
Residence Hall access move out occurred prior to April. For the few on-campus residents who remain in residence halls, the City of Boston has implemented a stay-at-home advisory curfew for the hours of 9:00pm to 6:00am through May 4, 2020.
RESIDENCE HALL AND MEAL PLAN REFUND REQUESTS
Partial requests for housing and meal plans are in progress to be implemented for eligible students.
Preventing the Spread of COVID-19
MassArt has taken all necessary precautions to protect the campus community.
Additionally, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends:
- Wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds
- Practice social distancing
- Clean and disinfect surfaces
- Use cloth face coverings where possible
