Common Good Award Honoree Toni Elka Reflects on the Importance of Youth Development

Toni Elka (BFA ’86 Painting), Founder of Future Chefs and Common Good Award recipient reflects on her work using food as a medium to help young people learn a skill that they don’t have. Elka founded the youth culinary training program in 2008.
