How to Apply

Students can search and apply for jobs through the Human Resources platform, Interview Exchange. When searching, select the category Student/Workstudy and click “find jobs.”

Always read the job descriptions carefully, some student jobs may require that you are eligible for workstudy funding,  be in a certain major or year of study.

Student Employment Showcase (SES)

Each August, new and returning students are invited to the virtual Student Employment Showcase on Handshake, where hiring managers present job opportunities, hiring timelines, and answer questions.

  • Students can register and attend using their MassArt username and password.
  • If you miss the event, recorded sessions are available for reference.

  • Most student positions offer 5–10 hours per week.
  • Students may work a maximum of 20 hours per week across all MassArt jobs to balance work and academics.
  • Undergraduate positions pay minimum wage.
