Cost of Housing

Below is a breakdown of the preliminary housing costs for the 2019-2020 academic year. These are charges are subject to change.

Meal Plan Charges

  • Partial: $1,902 ($951/semester)
  • Regular: $3,372 ($1,686/semester)

Room Charges

  • Activity Fee: $20 ($10/semester)
  • Technology Fee: $650 ($325/semester)

Tree house

Students living in the Tree House are required to have the regular meal plan.

Total Including Activity/Technology Fee:

  • Triple: $10,476 ($5,238/semester)
  • Double: $12,568 ($6,284/semester)
  • Single: $13,996 ($6,998/semester)

Artists' Residence

Partial (default) or optional regular meal plan. 

Total Including Activity/Technology Fee:

  • Double: $12,568 ($6,284/semester)
  • Single/Efficiency: $13,996 ($6,998/semester)

Smith

Regular meal plan required, except for students living in kitchen suites. Kitchen suite students receive the partial (default) or optional regular meal plan.

Total Including Activity/Technology Fee:

  • Double: $10,210 ($5,105/semester)
  • Kitchen Double: $11,024 ($5,512/semester)
  • Single: $11,520 ($5,760/semester)
  • Kitchen Single: $11,762 ($5,881/semester)

RODGERS HALL

(Leased space from WIT)

Partial (default) or optional regular meal plan.

Total Including Activity/Technology Fee: (Double and Triple spaces will have the same room charge)

  • Triple: $12,554 ($6,277/semester)
  • Double: $13,054 ($6,527/semester)
  • Premium Double: $13,554 ($6,777/semester) 

Please note: Meal Plans are not included in Total Rent. For the total cost of room and board, add Total Rent Including Activity/Technology Fee and the appropriate Meal Plan for each building.
