The housing lottery takes place each year during the Spring Semester. 

January 2018

1/12 - Individual and optional group lottery applications available online 
1/12 - Initial Application Emails sent to students 
1/18 - Reminder Emails sent to students
1/25 - Reminder Emails sent to students
1/29 - Reminder Emails sent to students
1/30 - Housing lottery info session, 7:00pm - 8:00pm, Artists' Residence 4th Floor Lounge
1/31 - Housing lottery info session, 7:00pm - 8:00pm, Smith Hall Lounge (1st Floor)

February 2018

2/1 - Housing lottery info session, 7:00pm - 8:00pm, Tree House Lounge (3rd Floor)
2/2 - Reminder Emails sent to students
2/7 - Reminder Emails sent to students
2/13 - Reminder Emails sent to students 
2/14 @ 5:00pm - Deadline to submit Medical and Meal Plan Waiver requests to the Academic Resource Center
2/14 @ 5:00pm - Deadline to submit the online Individual Lottery Applications
2/14 @ 5:00pm - Deadline to submit the online Group Lottery Application (Guaranteed Students Only)
2/22 - Housing Lottery Numbers emailed to applicants 
2/23 - Responses to Medical and Meal Plan Waiver requests emailed out
2/25 - Room Selection - Design and Media Center Huntington Studio (3rd Floor) from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Time Slots To Be Determined

Information Sessions

There will be information sessions on January 30th - February 1st to review the housing lottery process. Students are highly encouraged to attend. Please refer to the above calendar for more information about these information sessions.
