The Human Resources Department is committed to providing the College with a broad range of services that are essential to attract, reward, and retain talented faculty and staff in a student-centered workforce.

The Massachusetts State Retirement Board (MSRB) administers the Massachusetts State Employees' Retirement System (MSERS) for state employees and certain other employees of public entities. The MSERS is a contributory defined benefit system governed by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 32. The system provides retirement, disability, survivor, and death benefits to its members and their beneficiaries.

Please note, visitors should check-in at the College's main entrance at the Design and Media Center. Masks are required in all campus buildings. Please review and adhere to all COVID Safety requirements while visiting campus.
