MassArt Presents Free Family Day on Saturday, November 10
Visitors of all ages are invited to explore the senses through fun hands-on art making activities
Boston, MA – October 24, 2018 - Massachusetts College of Art and Design (MassArt) will host Family Day on Saturday, November 10 in the Design and Media Center. Twice a year, visitors to the Bakalar & Paine Galleries are invited to participate in this free event organized by Gallery Education staff and the MassArt Art Education department. Due to the ongoing renovation of the Galleries, Family Day will take place in the Design and Media Center Atrium this fall.
Drop in for interactive activities and art-making inspired by the event’s theme¾the senses¾designed and guided by MassArt students, faculty and Gallery staff. Activities are best suited for ages 6 and up. A special play room is offered for visitors under 6.
